The World's Muslims: Pew Center Survey


The Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life just released a survey on the beliefs and practices of the nearly 1.6 billion Muslims. The survey was conducted in 39 countries. The link here is to a series of graphs or infographics about the survey, which includes charts on how seriously Muslims follow the Five Pillars,whether they believe in heaven and hell, etc. This link takes you to the report itself, which you can download as a PDF. Some of the infographics might be interesting when we teach Islam this fall.
